General

I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal takes place on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Arriving later? No worries, you can enter until 8:00 PM.

I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal is only accessible to those 18 years and older. You must be at least 18 on the day of the event—no exceptions. Be sure to bring a valid ID, as you may be required to show it at the entrance.

Tickets

Ticket sales for I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal start on Wednesday, August 28, at 6:00 PM.

Parking at I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal costs €15 through the ticket shop and at the entrance of Autotron.

You won’t be able to purchase parking tickets online the day before the event, but they will still be available at the event itself!

Round-trip tickets for the shuttle buses can be purchased in advance through the official ticket shop. A round-trip ticket costs €15 in the presale.

If your ticket has been stolen or is lost, you need to contact Paylogic at customerservice@paylogic.nl. Be sure to include your order number and proof of payment. Paylogic can send you new tickets and block the old ones.

You can have your ticket scanned either as a printed copy or on your mobile device. If you choose to print, make sure to do so on A4 paper. It doesn’t need to be in color. If you prefer to have your tickets scanned from your phone, ensure that your screen brightness is set to maximum.

Facilities

There are plenty of lockers available at I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal. These are provided for safely storing personal items such as jackets and bags. You can access your locker at any time during the event.

At I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, we pay close attention to our food and drink options. You’ll find a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. Please note that bringing food and drinks from outside is not permitted.

At I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, you can purchase tokens using either a card or cash.

Smoking is prohibited inside Autotron, including e-cigarettes. If you wish to smoke, you can use the designated smoking area.

Please note that cigarettes will not be sold during I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal.

There is a First Aid station available during I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, with its location clearly marked. Additionally, medical personnel will be roaming the event. If you’re feeling unwell, head to the First Aid station—they are there to help you. If you suspect someone has consumed too much alcohol or drugs, notify a member of the organization, security, or First Aid team. They will ensure the person receives help as quickly as possible.

There are plenty of free toilets and handwashing stations available at the event. Additionally, accessible toilets are provided for those with disabilities.

There will be a merchandise stand at I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal where you can purchase items such as fans, t-shirts, hoodies, ear protection, and accessories.

Rules

A zero-tolerance policy is in effect during I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal. This means that drugs, weapons, and other sharp objects are strictly prohibited from being brought into the event.

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring any liquids inside (this includes deodorant, deodorant rollers, hairspray, etc.).

If you need to bring medication, make sure you have a doctor’s note with you! Without an official doctor’s note, you won’t be allowed to bring your medication inside. Security will check for this at the entrance.

A digital camera and/or video camera, such as a GoPro, are allowed at I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal. Websites or companies that wish to bring professional equipment must request permission in advance. (Selfie) sticks are not permitted during I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal.

Promotion is strictly prohibited on and around the grounds of I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, and this will be closely monitored. For advertising opportunities, you can contact us.

Lost & Found

During and after I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, we collect all lost and found items. If you’ve lost your passport, ID card, driver’s license, phone, keys, or any other belongings, please visit the locker rental area or contact the event organizers.

Found something? It’s fantastic that people like you still exist. During I AM HARDSTYLE Eternal, you can hand in found items at the locker rental area. They will ensure that the item is returned to its rightful owner as quickly as possible.
